“Sunrise Building was the general contractor for a substantial renovation of our house in Westchester County. The project included, an entirely new kitchen (cabinets, counters and Quartz floors), redone bathrooms, major electric, substantial plumbing, new boiler and HWH, new air conditioner condensers and air handlers, new and refinished wood flooring, fireplace stone, painting, raising the ceiling in three rooms into the attic area, etc.
The performance by Sunrise was top notch, and the end product far exceeded our wildest dreams. They did an excellent job of working with us and our architect first to improve and make helpful suggestions during the bidding process, and that continued into the construction period. They had their own crew of excellent workers (in particular Tom & Manny) and hired excellent subcontractors. Eric Messer, the owner, was also on top of things, and always available to come to the house or speak. We couldn’t give a higher recommendation or be happier with the results.
